I think we will have to wait for Supreme Court Justice Meyer's written reasons behind his judgement before you can see that the "Rump Group" clearly won. RUMP GROUP=MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS.Justice Meyers was clearly upset that Haggarty and a minority of the E-Board had improperly denied the members right to hold convention and to deal with the issues facing our Union.
